At my checkup, the doctor said for my age (58) my blood pressure, cholesterol and heart rate were great. In addition, my core strength was nonexistent.\u00a0 I was not able to complete one pushup or sit-up.<\/p>\n<p>In October I began training with AVC Elite Training. Results came quickly. By December I increased my <a title=\"The Ultimate In Cutting Edge Training\" href=\"http:\/\/50.28.65.156\/~avcelitetraining\/\" target=\"_blank\">flexibility, lost eight pounds and increased my core strength<\/a>. I can now handle multiple sit-ups and pushups. With Amy\u2019s guidance, I saw a physical therapist and began a stretching routine that has eliminated my back and hamstring issues.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/50.28.65.156\/~avcelitetraining\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/dumbell-rowbacks.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1279 alignright\" style=\"border: 0px none; margin: 5px;\" src=\"http:\/\/50.28.65.156\/~avcelitetraining\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/dumbell-rowbacks.png\" alt=\"Dumbell rowbacks\" width=\"184\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Besides the benefit of better health, the number one reason I continue to attend Amy\u2019s sessions is because they are a blast.
